  • Terrain: town park, paved paths
  • Map: Vodní tvrz, 1:4000, E 2.5m, A5
  • Course: 2 TempO clusters, 5 PreO controls, 0.3km total length, no climb, paved paths
  • Special: On one station you will see five kites. Upper three of them are for one control, lower two for other one control. To separate them the red/white tape in terrain is used, in map it is marked by dashed purple line. This is a model situation for TrailO Relay.

    24 MAY 2016 - TRAIL-O RELAY

  • Event centre: Jesenik Spa - football playground (here, Event centre organisation map)
  • Quarantaine: in event centre, closing at 8.30!
  • Start: 9.30
  • Terrain: hilly park with paved paths, excellent visibility (sample 1)
  • Map: Lázně, 1:4000, E 2.5m, A5
  • Course: 9 controls each leg + 2 TempO stations, 3rd leg has plus 1 extra public TempO station. Length: 0.9 km, climb 20m.
  • Time limit: Open 120 min, Para 150 min
  • Max. number of relays (Open/Para): 2/2 relays, each of 3 competitors
  • Last update of team members: 23rd May 15:00
  • Punching: SportIDENT
  • Special: On one station you will see five kites. Upper three of them are for one control, lower two for other one control. To separate them the red/white tape in terrain is used, in map it is marked by dashed purple line.
  • Expected procedure: All competitors shall be at 8:30 in start quarantaine in competition centre. Don’t be late, after this time we won’t allow anybody to go to quarantaine = your relay will be disqualified then. No communication devices are alowed in quarantaine.
    On 9:20 there will be a sample show of change, start and taking map procedure.
    On 9:30 we plan a mass start for category Open, on 9:40 for category Para.
    Competitors, who return from the PreO part to finish, let the next member of the relay go for his part of the race touching by hand. Then he read-out his SI card and right after then he goes to TempO cluster 1 and 2 following the map he recieve in finish. After he solve two clusters he returns to event centre and stays there as a spectator.
    Maps will be collected in the finish. No one is allowed to keep his map! Maps will be provided after the TempO F in competition office.
    The third leg of relays do the same procedure, but after the solving of TempO clusters he stays in the race. Organisers will wait till all 3rd legs return from the Tempo cluster 2. Then all 3rd leg competitors (Para and Open) will be announced via commentator several times to go to TempO cluster 3 quarantaine (will be marked). After all these competitors are in quarantaine, organisators set the final TempO station, open the spectators area and start with the final part of the race. According to actual results competitors go from quarantine to the last TempO cluster in order the worse as the first, the best as the last. Para class at first, Open as second. Follow the instructions given by organisers.
  • Pricegivig: on 25 MAY, right after the end of the race there will be managed a flower ceremony.
  • Open course: After the Relay race is over, the open course will be started as a mass start. Competitors on this course can go through the race as ETOC competitors did. 50 maps will be prepared for borrowing at the relay start. No fee, no time controls. If you want to take part on this event, sign yourself in comeptiton IT center (where SI-cards are read-out).

    25 MAY 2016 morning - TEMPO QUALIFICATION

  • Event centre: Zlaté Hory - Bohema (here or here on special map)
  • Start quarantaine: All competitors shell be in start quarantaine till 9:00. If a non-competitor enter the quarantaine, he won’t be allow to leave it till the end of the race. No communication devices are alowed in quarantaine. When leaving the quarantaine for the race the competitor recieve his competitor card.
  • Start: 9:30, distance from quarantaine 200 m
  • Finish: after solving all the course, competitors go to the Event centre situated in Bohema. There is a refreshment, hot/cold beverages, hot meal for +- 5 Euro will be provided and running results of the race will be published there.
  • Terrain: park with paved paths, excellent visibility (sample 1, 2)
  • Map: 1:4000, E 2.5m
  • Course: 6 clusters, each 4 controls, 2 heats. Length: 0.5km, climb 10m.
  • Max. number of competitors from each federation: 8
  • Last update of team members: 24rd May 15:00
  • Arrival and parking: Competitors are allowed to park their cars in Nerudova street close to Start Quarantaine. They can return through the competiton area exactly the same way as they used for race after the race is over. Spectators and others go to event centre in Bohema.

    25 MAY 2016 afternoon - TEMPO FINAL

  • Event centre: Jesenik Spa - educational path (here or here on special map)
  • Start quarantaine: Qualified competitors from TempO Q must be in TempO F quarantaine until 15:00. Later comming is not allowed and competitor is disqualified then. No communication devices are alowed in quarantaine. At the start the competitor recieve his competitor card.
  • Start: 16:00. Competitors leave quarantaine 10 minutes before their start and follow the tapes to reach the start. The best from TempoQ goes at the end.
  • Terrain: hilly park with paved paths, excellent visibility (sample 1)
  • Map: 1:4000, E 2.5m
  • Course: 7 clusters, each 4 controls, length: 0.3km
  • Last update of team members: 24rd May 15:00
  • Pricegivig: on 27 MAY, right after the end of the race there will be managed a flower ceremony.

  • Terrain: old limestone mine, bushy, reduced visibility, unpaved road (sample 1, 2)
  • Map: Velký dóm, 1:4000, E 2.5m, A5
  • Course: 9 controls, 1 time control, total course length 0.2 km, two parts, each 0.1km. There will be a map change between the parts. Map change is a model situation for PreO 2. Total course climb: 5 m
  • Parking: not organised. You can put your car on the edge of the designated meadow next to road.
  • Parking to start: 400m, 20m climb, rough road
  • Punching: SportIDENT
  • Assistents: Very limited amount of organizer’s assistents, use your team mates.

    27 MAY 2016 - PRE-O 1

  • Event centre: Zlaté Hory (here or here on special map)
  • Start: 10.00, distance to start: 700m, paved/unpaved path - 50/50, no climbing
  • Terrain: ancient mining area, large amount of pits and depressions, unpaved narrow forest paths. Generally good visibility (sample 1, 2, 3)
  • Map: Hadí louky, 1:4000, E 2.5m, A4
  • Course: 23 controls + 2 time controls before the race, length 1.0 km, no climb
  • Finish: Distance from finish to event centre: 900m, climbing 30m.
    There will be organised a finish quarantaine till the last competitor start. Competitors in finish are obligated to keep this quarantaine. Competitor in finish read-out his SI card and follow the tapes to quarantaine/event centre.
  • Time limit: Open 100 min, Para 130 min
  • Max. number of competitors (Open/Para): 6/6
  • Punching: SportIDENT, keep the order of controls!
  • Refreshment: water in finish, hot/cold bederages, hot meals are provided in event centre.
  • Toilets: for Para 3 ToToi hendicap cabines. In Bohema there are common wheelchair non-suitable WC inside the building.

    28 MAY 2016 - PRE-O 2

  • Event centre: Vapenna (here or here on special map)
  • Start: Distance from event centre to start: 1.6km, 10m climb, rough road. For Para competitors will be organised a schedule bus. Please be at the departure place (right next the event centre) at least 30 minutes before your start. Only in very special occasions we can let Para competitors to drive with their car to start area. But the finish is in completly different place and reach the car again could be hard. Open competitors reach the start by walking. Follow the tapes and signs.
    Start: 10:00. Right after start there is a steep slope. Competitor recieve his map and punch the SI unit Clear and Start just after this slope = slope is not included in race time. Race starts after punching the Start SI unit. For Para here will be one more assistant provided by organiser if needed.
  • Terrain: old limestone mine, bushy, reduced visibility, unpaved road (sample 1, 2, 3)
  • Map: Vápenka, 1:4000, E 2.5m, A5
  • Course: 24 controls + 1 time control after the race. Length: 0.7 km divided into two parts 0.4 km and 0.3 km. There will be map change between the parts. Total climb on course: 5 m
    The course is divided into two parts. When competitor solve all controls from first part, he goes to place marked on his map as „finish“, hand in there his map, follow the mandatory path to second part where he recieve a map with the rest of the race. There is no stop time! Some kites of second part could be visible from the first part!
  • Finish: : In finish competitor punch finish SI unit, hand in his map and follow organisator instructions to reach the time control.
    Distance from finish to event centre: 1.7km. Again there will be a schedule bus for Para (in case of free spots Open competitors can use the bus too) to drive them to event centre. Open will walk to the event centre themselves.
  • Time limit: Open 95 min, Para 110 min
  • Max. number of competitors (Open/Para): 6/6
  • Punching: SportIDENT, keep the order of controls!
  • Refreshment: water in finish, hot/cold beverages, hot meals are provided in event centre.
  • Toilets: for Para 3 ToToi hendicap cabines. In event centre there are common wheelchair non-suitable WC inside the building.

  • Open course: After the PreO2 race is over, the open course will be started as a mass start. Competitors on this course can go through the race as ETOC competitors did. 50 maps will be prepared at the relay start. No fee, no time controls.
